SAFETY ZONES have been established for the protection of the production facilities, other vessels and the marine environment. Unauthorized navigation within the Safety Zone is prohibited. Mariners are advised that any vessel proposing to transit the Safety Zone must contact the operator on VHF Channel 16 and, if approved, comply with the instructions given while transiting the area.
