The Monthly edition consists of two publications, one for each region East and West. They are published on the Notmar web site on the last Friday of each month.

Summary of Temporary and Preliminary Notices
Temporary and Preliminary Notices to Mariners are Notices published in the Section 1 of the Monthly Edition of Notices to Mariners.
Temporary Notices inform mariners of temporary changes in conditions affecting navigation which will be effective for more than three months.
Preliminary Notices informs mariners of important changes to take place in the near future or changes that have taken place but where full information is not available.
